About Frederick Tecce
As a former Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Criminal Division, and a registered patent attorney, I focus my practice primarily on complex civil litigation and intellectual property matters. I have extensive federal court litigation and trial experience handling matters such as restrictive covenants, employment disptures, theft of trade secrets, antitrust, copyrights, trademarks, idea misappropriation, and unfair competition. Over the years I have been involved in over 350 intellectual property matters utilizing my and call upon my training and employment as an engineer, work for a patent licensing organization, work for the Honorable Anthony J. Scirica, then of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and extensive federal court trial experience as a criminal Assistant United States Attorney. I have successfully handled countless patent and intellectual property litigations both on behalf of intellectual property owners, and in defense of charges of infringement and misappropriation. He has been involved in dozens of different patent cases representing clients in industries such as consumer products and appliances, medical devices, juvenile products, building materials, cosmetics, aircraft manufacturing, telecommunications, artificial turf and other technologies.I serve on the faculty at the National Institute For Trial Advocacy (NITA) teaching trial advocacy at NITA\'s national seminars and am a regular network commentator having appeared over 1,500 times on various networks such as The Fox News Network, CNN, MSNBC, CNBC and NBC\'s The Today Show as well as countless radio spots.Specialties: Intellectual property litigation.
