About Frederick R.

I am an aviation security and emergency management executive with more than 25 years of experience leading TSA, FAA, and DOT compliance programs, crisis response operations, and airline security initiatives. I currently serve as Director of Security for Magnifica Air, where I am building the airline’s complete regulatory, emergency response, and secure operations framework in support of FAA Part 121 certification and launch. My career includes senior security roles with International and Domestic airlines. I have designed and delivered security training for pilots, flight attendants, and ground personnel; overseen global compliance programs; supported Emergency Operations Center (EOC) activations during major incidents; and received industry recognition, including Delta’s prestigious Chairman’s Club Award.I hold two master’s degrees: an M.S. in Aviation Technology from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and an MS in Conflict Resolution from Nova Southeastern University. I am currently a Doctoral Candidate (ABD) at Nova Southeastern University, where my research focuses on aviation human factors, security behavior, and conflict dynamics in high-risk operational environments.I am a Florida Supreme Court–Certified Mediator, an FAA-certificated Private Pilot, and an authorized FDLE/TSA fingerprint collector with extensive experience supporting CHRC and Pilot Records Database (PRD) programs. In addition to my operational leadership, I am a published writer and contributor to international security publications, providing thought leadership on emerging threats, aviation security strategy, and organizational readiness. My leadership philosophy is grounded in servant leadership, readiness, collaboration, and building systems that protect both people and mission. I believe effective security should empower—rather than obstruct—the guest experience.
