I’m a Vice President at BCG X and the Global AI/ML/Data Science Chapter Lead, guiding the direction and growth of 700+ practitioners across forward deployed AI engineering, machine learning, data science, and analytics. I oversee global capability building—including training, career development, applied research, staffing, recruiting, emerging topics, and our AI/ML people and engagement models.I also lead Fabriq, BCG’s enterprise personalization platform, managing a 36+ person team of engineers, ML researchers, data scientists, PMs, and business analysts. I’m responsible for the platform’s technical strategy, product roadmap, architecture, commercialization, revenue, pricing, and investment. I also led the acquisition and integration of Formation.ai and grew Fabriq’s contributor community to 80+ BCG X engineers and scientists across contributions to backend, ML/AI, experimentation, RL, observability, UX, deployment, and security.With over 17 years of experience as an engineer and applied scientist, I build large-scale AI systems using agentic patterns, GraphRAG, LLM-as-judge, causal modeling, knowledge graphs, network science, and modern ML. My work includes AI content generation in higher education, multimodal learning systems in EdTech, research augmentation platforms for finance, and real-time personalization engines for retail, banking, grocery, restaurants, and more.My expertise spans recommender systems, distributed AI systems, data engineering (Spark, Snowflake, Kafka/Kinesis), backend services (Flask, FastAPI, SQS), experimentation (A/B, multivariate, RL), cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP, Terraform, Ansible), and FinOps.
