Currently I create test plans and change control documents for Utilities and Making departments in an FDA regulated Procter and Gamble manufacturing site. The change control and validation documents are created from engineering information, P & ID\'s and QA requirements. After key department leadership and planning department approval, run time is scheduled. During the executed run, data is collected and results are communicated to responsible parties. Any deviations are communicated to and approved by QA prior to further testing. Following complete data collection, a summary is drafted and approval is sought from key department leaders. Finally, upon approval, the change control documents are signed and the change control closed.
