Optimising Spaces is an independent property and planning consultancy advising on the development, design and maximising of land, buildings and space. We offer services to all parties, from private owners and landlords wishing to extend their property, to developers and commercial partners providing services including feasibility studies, planning permissions and building regulations drawings as well as change of use and complete design services. The team has a wealth of experience, from pop-ups and small scale design, to large scale housing and mixed use regeneration projects. Our aim is to approach each project with a fresh eyes, customising a strategy for each site and constraint with the aim of achieving quick-wins, efficient design, and a variety of outcomes. With bases in London, Liverpool & Bath, Optimising Spaces has the coverage to reach a wide area whilst still making the most of our local knowledge and relationships with local consultants. Our distributed team also allows for an agile capacity, meaning no task is too big or small.
