Experience gained with a range of national and multinational clients on the following- Business Continuity plan development - Enterprise Risk Management- Led clients in the achievement of ISO22301 certification- Supply chain exposure analysis - Business interruption loss calculation- Crisis exercise design and delivery- Crisis management response and recoveryCurrently assisting the National Crime Agency with ERM and BCM service development as an NCA Special.
