I am an ambitious and determined educator with a passion for mentorship, academic achievement and professional development. In the field of education I have served as a classroom teacher with 6 years of experience in both Texas and US History. My current role as an Instructional Specialist has afforded me the opportunity to work collaboratively with teachers by modeling instruction, providing guidance on key content and instructional strategies, facilitate collaborative planning, and assist teachers in developing in-time responsive interventions to address the needs of students.

This includes but is not limited to leading professional learning community meetings, observing and giving timely feedback and collaborating with other school leaders to make informed decisions that will help execute the campus vision and mission.
