ABOUT FREDERICH T. EHLERS
Frederich is a highly experienced professional who has demonstrated the ability to lead successful operation, management and leasing of research, health care, industrial, biomedical, office and retail portfolios of more than 6 million square feet and multifamily portfolios of over units. He has a solid record of accomplishment in budget analysis, variance reporting, decreasing expenses, increasing net operating income and leading teams to provide premium customer service. Frederich was recognized by CBRE as Sustainability Leader of the Year in the San Francisco Market for the second year in a row and received National Recognition with a Certificate of Achievement from CBRE\'s Green Knight Program. At Stanford, Frederich was chosen to attend the Leaders as Teachers program. This program emphasized the Japanese philosophy of continuous improvement, Kaizen. He continued his application of Lean strategies at Cepheid, with concentration on daily management of meaningful KPI’s for streamlining processes. Frederich was recruited back to Stanford as Director of Facilities/Property Management. After leaving Stanford Health Care in 2023, Frederich accepted a temporary position as a Building Manager at Stanford University. Upon completion of that assignment he accepted a position with DivcoWest as a Senior Property Manager.
