I built and lead the French Transfer Pricing practice of Mazars in France. I Co-lead the global transfer pricing practice of Mazars. I have more than 30 years of experience in transfer Pricing, this within four MNEs and Mazars. This atypical experience allows me to assist French and foreign companies in a very operational and global way in the context of transfer pricing diagnostics, the definition of new global transfer pricing models, the writing of transfer pricing documentations, the preparation of comparable studies, the management of transfer pricing tax audits, the elimination of double taxation and the negotiation of advanced pricing agreements. I give Transfer Pricing lectures at the university of Nice. Finally, I am the editor-in-chief of the fiscal countdown, which is a monthly summary of international tax news and gives a regular overview of the introduction of the OECD\'s BEPS initiative.
