ABOUT FRÉDÉRIC T. PASQUIER
In a world growing with uncertainties, I lead and support global and local marketing teams with the vision and the clarity of a path that better serves today’s consumers aspirations, both strengthening the value of the core business and unlocking untapped opportunities. Passionate about understanding people and how brands build meaningful connections with them, I have learned, since the early stages of my career at P&G, to place shoppers and consumers at the very core of my thinking, as the focus point of sophisticated ecosystems, increasingly integrated thanks to digitization.I believe in the power of big ideas, rooted in sharp insights and distinctive brand truths, to win a bigger “share of hearts” from target audiences. To me, a good story is a real story that brings an added value and a new perspective to a new generation of knowledgeable yet demanding consumers asking for higher quality, authenticity and transparency. The economic situation caused by the Covid-19 health crisis has created or accelerated deep and lasting changes in the way people live and consume – the transformation is still going and the outcome unknown; we must approach it with humility. There is however the need for the much-needed reinvention of the notion of “value”, not only capturing its social and commercial aspects, but also building a moral reason to exist. While the search for a sense of purpose is becoming the ultimate quest for both consumers and consequently for companies, helping brands to enhance their strength and relevance with a purpose, a conscience and the values that go with it is an absolute necessity. As a passionate brand builder and a team coach I am excited about this new challenge as it will require more inventiveness and help elevate quality standards of what we bring to market, while also doing some good for the business, for the people and for the planet.Over the past years I have worked in corporate environments that were going through deep transformation, that often came with uncertainty and great complexity. I have always embraced those challenges with a strong sense of agility and entrepreneurship, taking responsibility for shaping a new path, and taking motivation from developing teams of talents with a winning spirit. That is how I have been able to build strategies that made businesses grow and teams fulfilled through a work of collaboration and shared sense of ownership.#BrandBuilding#ConsumerCentricity#MarketingStrategy#ConsumerBehaviour#TeamManagement#GrowthStrategy#DigitalMarketing
