Most organizations struggle to reconcile two competing realities: the speed and creativity required by modern digital commerce, and the rigor, governance, and data integrity demanded by enterprise ERP systems. E-commerce leaders often underestimate backend operational complexity, while traditional ERP architects frequently overlook the velocity and scale of today’s digital demand.My career has been focused on bridging that gap.I am an Enterprise Architecture and Digital Transformation leader with 10+ years of experience designing and governing large-scale, multi-platform technology ecosystems across CPG, Retail, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and E-commerce. I specialize in building architectures where front-end agility and back-end stability coexist, ensuring rapid growth never compromises the ERP “source of truth.”One of the clearest demonstrations of this work was at Jeffree Star Cosmetics, where I architected a custom Acumatica to Shopify connector. The architecture proved so effective that it was later acquired by Acumatica and incorporated as a core feature of their global ERP platform, now used by hundreds of customers worldwide.I have also architected and led systems and operations at truly “impossible” scale. Most notably, I directed the supply chain, inventory, systems, and fulfillment architecture for the record-breaking Conspiracy Collection launch, supporting the sale of 1 million units in 30 minutes,$35M in single-day revenue, and the global shipment of millions of orders under unprecedented traffic and operational pressure.Across my career, I’ve led 75+ ERP transformations and 100+ e-commerce deployments, partnering closely with executive leadership to define future-state architectures, establish governance standards, and modernize enterprise ecosystems spanning ERP, WMS, OMS, CRM, Commerce, and Data platforms.
