About Freddy Johnson
Software Engineer, MSSA Alumni, and United States Army Veteran. I believe that every single decision we make is either for growth or decay, and I choose to grow. I am passionate about continuous improvement, working alongside amazing people, and creating value that helps people everyday.I served as an Information Technology Team Lead in the United States Army for 4 years. During this time I worked on everything from tactical radio systems, networks, and even equipment maintenance. It was during my time in the Army that I earned my Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Phoenix, which sparked my interest in software engineering and built my foundational understanding of the subject.Most recently I graduated from the Microsoft Software and Systems Academy Cloud Application Developer Program where I built upon my foundational understanding of object oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, C#.NET, SQL, Azure, and was able to earn my AZ-900 and AI-900 certifications. Moving forward I am excited to join a new team of amazing individuals, develop meaningful products, and get thrown in deep water and learn how to swim. I love being presented an opportunity to be uncomfortable, and to see how much I can grow.
