   Responsible for all supply operations and risk management for the organization. Natural gas scheduling and wholesale physical trading, management of transport and storage assets, futures and OTC derivatives for hedging (trading experience on the Intercontinental Exchange ICE and CME Direct platforms). Structured transactions for commercial and industrial customers. Manage portfolio financial risk and optimize supply of about 300 bcf/year of natural gas and customers in multiple states and report metrics on the total position and value at risk. Develop and maintain compensating controls for key financial measures, including credit risk. Analyze and implement derivatives to hedge weather variation. Responsible for supervising a team of directors, senior managers, and individual contributors. Regulatory activities include monitoring and active participation in public service commissions and other regulatory bodies in matters affecting the natural gas market, including testifying multiple times as an expert witness. Also responsible for the development of costing and pricing models for use in customer acquisition and renewal decisions. Support other areas of the organization in quantitative analysis and modeling as well as regulatory matters. Oversee Dodd-Frank and CFTC compliance around derivative trading and support hedge accounting.
