Freddie joined JLL in 2011 and has 12 years’ experience in providing strategic advice on design development, marketing & pre-leasing strategies across Central London. He has advised on some of London’s highest profile and forward-thinking schemes, from exemplar iconic towers (22 Bishopsgate, The Shard, 50 Fenchurch Street) to comprehensive re-positioning projects (The Northcliffe, One Exchange Square, Aldwych Quarter). Freddie is JLL’s Sustainability Champion for Central London Office Markets, responsible for embedding ESG across JLL’s agency teams and ensuring that both environmental and social values are at the heart of client real estate strategies. Freddie is passionate about implementing his global knowledge on best-in-class schemes and trends to help advise clients on delivering highly sustainable, tech enabled and amenity rich office buildings.
