Direct responsibility for overseeing all aspects of the finance department. Collaborate closely with the Directors to ensure that Zenith Energy finance solutions are correctly designed and aligns with internal strategy and business objectives.Work closely with other department to ensure financial goals are met and will contribute to the strategic direction of the company.Prepare the statutory company accounts for preparation by the company accountants in the UK.Provide the management team with robust monthly managements accounts. Provide high quality reports as required, including cash flow forecasts, monthly accounts and forecasts and other information.Work with senior management team to produce the annual budget in line with company expectations and timelines.In conjunction with the Directors, source finance for the company when required. Maintain and develop relationships with banks and advisors.Oversee client billing against contracts and ensure robust procedures in place to optimise cash flow. Deal with the HMRC regarding all company affairs. Develop and maintain the finance policies and procedures, ensure adequate controls are in place and maintained. Oversee the annual audit process. Manage FX transfers.Oversee the management of Payroll and company VAT returns.Any other corporate business required by the Managing Director.
