ABOUT FREDDIE D BROOME

I am an executive leader, certified professional coach, and dynamic facilitator/trainer who has trained more than individuals on leadership, culture, conflict management, and organizational change in the past five years. With nearly three decades of leadership experience, including service as a multi-city Fire Chief, adjunct instructor, and national keynote speaker, I help leaders and organizations build cultures of trust, values, and performance excellence.As Lead Trainer for UGA’s Carl Vinson Institute of Government, I deliver high-impact programs that equip municipal leaders across Georgia with the skills to navigate complex challenges and drive transformational results. I also serve as an Adjunct Instructor for the Georgia Public Safety Training Center, teaching leadership, organizational development, and mental health awareness for public safety professionals statewide.My national keynote speaking engagements have taken me across the United States as both an opening and closing speaker at conferences. I inspire diverse audiences with actionable insights on leadership,emotional intelligence, and mental health advocacy. My speaking style blends research-based strategies with real-world experience, ensuring audiences leave equipped to take immediate, measurable action.I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Change Leadership from the University of Central Arkansas, building on a Master of Science in Conflict Management (Kennesaw State University), a Master of Public Administration (Appalachian State University), a Bachelor’s in Fire Safety Engineering Technology (UNC Charlotte), and an Associate\'s in Fire Protection Technology (Forsyth Technical Community College).
