As the Training Coordinator within the Learning & Development team, I coordinate and administer training activity across the business to ensure a smooth and professional learning experience for all colleagues. My role includes scheduling internal and external training sessions, managing logistics, and acting as the first point of contact for training and apprenticeship queries.I also manage our Learning Management System (Kallidus), uploading courses, enrolling users, monitoring compliance, and producing reports to support decision-making. Working closely with the Training Operations Manager and trainers, I contribute to learning needs analysis, onboarding new starters, and continuously improving our L&D processes to enhance the learner experience across the organisation.
