About Fred Young

I am a civil trial and business attorney. In the litigation arena, my fields of practice include commercial/business, construction, insurance, personal injury and wrongful death. While my focus is on the defense of clients, I also prosecute claims for individuals and businesses. While I represent clients through the litigation process, including trial and appeal, I also counsel clients before litigation to avoid the necessity of a lawsuit. In the business arena, I assist individuals with the creation and organization of limited liability companies, corporations and partnerships, including necessary operating agreements, by-laws and partnership agreements. I also assist clients in the drafting of contracts and other business-related documents to more precisely reflect their business relationships and to better avoid unnecessary disputes. My clients include individuals, and small to medium-size businesses. Practice emphasis: business organizations and contracts; defense and prosecution of personal injury and wrongful death claims; defense and prosecution of multi-party construction-related claims; and defense and prosecution of commercial disputes.
