I set up meanwhile creative with a focus on getting empty and difficult commercial space back into use, whilst creating a return for landlords during the recession. In turn unlocking affordable workspace for start ups businesses.The model evolved over time and we now purchase property and re-purpose as flexible and affordable work hubs for SME\'s. We add value to our buildings by nurturing a lively and creative environment and community to work within.Meanwhile currently manages over sq ft of space across Bristol, Cardiff and Manchester with 350+ growing businesses within the meanwhile network.
