Coalesce the efforts of reps and dealers nationally to target high probability automotive projects and work with engineering and product development to create offerings more in line with automotive needs.Build and support a dealer network within the assigned territory. Generate sales with and through that network. Negotiate terms with customers, discount structures with dealers and successful resolutions to complicated service issues with all parties. Identifying dealer needs and implementing plans to increase knowledge, effectiveness and thus, sales volume of my network.Complete reports, forecasts and strategic plans, executing within planned timelines and leveraging knowledge and experiences with both dealers and co-workers.Since mid 2020 I have also taken over General Industry responsibilities in S.E. Michigan and Ontario.
