   I founded a full-service investment real estate company, leading the way in strategic planning, growth, investment, brokerage, sales, business development, and asset management. Over time, I steered the company to become a leader in the industry- Among my achievements, I built and led a sales and advisory team from scratch, driving a 300% increase in revenue within two years. I am particularly proud of forming a joint venture partnership that expanded our service capabilities and boosted revenue streams- During the 2008/09 financial crisis, I navigated the company through turbulent times by leveraging banking relationships and creating a specialized Financial Institutions/Special Assets division to target niche markets and address unique challenges- In response to COVID-19, I proactively assembled our executive team to focus on health and support for our clients and community, adapting our business model to advisory/consulting services. This approach helped us achieve record revenue growth during the pandemic, with annual growth rates of 10-15%, and create significant value and new revenue despite the challenges.
