Fred leads Tencent Cloud\'s business in Europe, responsible for its overall development and P&L. Tencent Cloud Europe has a diverse team based out of 6 locations in Europe (namely London, Amsterdam, Paris, Frankfurt, Munich, and Milan), who support innovation of European companies globally as well as Chinese companies expanding into Europe. Prior to this role, Fred led strategy development and management for Tencent Cloud International, building up the team and devising market entry and growth strategies for diverse global markets. Fred was a McKinsey management consultant with expansive experience across sectors in Greater China. He has served clients in topics such as corporate strategy, market entry, organization design, cost optimization, commercial due diligence, etc. covering global MNC\'s, Chinese SOE\'s & private clients. Born and raised in China, Fred has a good understanding of China\'s macro-economy, business culture and customer trends; having lived in 3 continents and now residing in Paris, France, Fred is a world citizen and navigates well amid grand changes and uncertainties in today\'s world.
