In addition, Fred has managed teams of sales associates as well as acted as Designated Broker for Del Webb and Pulte Homes. As Director of Sales, Fred played an instrumental role in the north valley\'s wildly successful award-winning Anthem community.Fred has considerable expertise in residential real estate, including working with buyers, sellers, and investors. He is experienced in resale homes, new homes, fix & flips, foreclosures, short sales and income properties. Additionally, residential clients and private investors have benefited from his expertise in using Self Directed IRAs to fund real estate transactions.A Phoenix native, Mr. Struss resides with his wife in Anthem and is actively involved with his church and other charitable organizations.
