Lead and manage all aspects of several heavy pipe-in-pipe projects on numerous vessels. Conduct subsea construction work, dive support work, deploying / recovering various heavy loads to / from subsea. Direct and manage high-performance team onboard to ensure optimal operational and safe workflow. Assess clients’ needs from an overall perspective, engage in the early phase of projects in order to reduce costs and ensure best practices. Schedule / conduct resource planning for key project phases. Establish / nurture robust relationships with all key stakeholders.Summary:• Delivered DONG’s Oselvar project including installation of a 90m long I-spool using 2x 100Te cranes.• Spearheaded installation of residual curvature sections on Equinor’s Trestakk project. • Reviewed pipelay system / developed upgrade proposals. • Assessed / mitigated potential risk through continuous process improvement. • Planned, organised and controlled performance to deliver objectives in line with organisations\' core values and principles. • Created and fostered a collaborative team environment that ensured safe and efficient outcomes. • Reviewed crew training and conducted safety practices / risk assessments compliant with safety regulations.• Installed world\'s first steel catenary riser (SCR) as well as world\'s deepest umbilical. • Completed several unique/world first projects such as Neptune Energy’s Fenja project and Total’s Islay project; involving installation of a PIP system with helically wound trace heating cables/fibre optic cores. • Represented the company on third party vessels to ensure full compliance with project requirements and safety goals – ROV operations, ploughing, rock dumping, diving, jumper and flying lead installation (electrical and hydraulic), remote flooding and pigging. • Acted as a client representative to manage several international contractors on activities such as SPM fabrication and installation, large diameter pipeline design / installation.
