Experienced finance professional with background in financial planning and analysis and external financial reporting.Spent the last five years in Goldman\'s planning function leading the management of the firm\'s planning process and reporting and analysis of the firmwide plan for senior management. Over the last year, focus of my role has expanded to enhance the firm\'s planning capabilities through the implementation of a cloud-based planning platform, enhancing tools for what-if analysis, creating a driver-based plan and enhancing reporting for senior management by expanding the use of technology (e.g. automation and dashboards).Prior to the financial planning role, spent most of my career focused on external reporting to the SEC and other key stakeholders through leading roles in SEC reporting, earnings release reporting and presentation roles at the firm and in previous employers. These roles included the adoption of new accounting standards, changes in presentations to highlight critical information to stakeholders and extensive collaborations with control functions across the firm.I have also been heavily involved in helping to advance the firm\'s diversity goals as COO of the Finance Hispanic/Latino network.
