Leading the development of standardized process equipment for a range of flow capacities, securing a successful bid valued at over $5 million CAD, with current proposal values exceeding $7 million CAD.• Conducting process modelling simulations (BioWin, Winflow, Dupond Wave, Hydranautics Design Cloud, Phreeqc Interactive, Avista, etc)• Developing process engineering deliverables, including: Developing PFDs, P & IDs, BLT, Heat & Mass Balances Table, Equipment Sizing Sheets, HazOps, O&M Manuals, and start-up training materials.• Managing budgetary proposals and tendering projects, performing application engineering tasks including: Performing water/wastewater chemistry calculations, mass balances, and process/equipment selections, strictly adhering to engineering design codes (ASME, AWWA, US EPA, NSF, etc.). • Preparing AWC’s water/wastewater treatment design specifications.• Conducting bench-scale jar tests and AWC’s pilot system testing.• Delivering technical presentations and training to clients, new hires, and stakeholders.• Representing AWC at tradeshows and client facilities, traveling across North America and internationally.
