I started my career in IT and cybersecurity, which gave me something most marketers don\'t have: a systems-first way of thinking. I don\'t just look at what\'s happening on the surface. I look at the infrastructure underneath and where it\'s breaking down. That foundation carried into healthcare marketing. As co-founder of Tier3 Media, I spent years helping medical aesthetics practices grow. We built growth systems for hundreds of practices nationwide covering paid advertising, lead conversion, retention, and proprietary platforms for CRM and membership management. The work was hands-on and data-driven, and it taught me exactly how cash-based medical practices win or lose on the marketing side. What I kept seeing across every practice we worked with was the same core problem: great service, real demand, but no reliable system to connect the two consistently. Fixing that system became the work. That experience is what led me to build Screen-to-Scan specifically for independent imaging centers. These are owner-operated businesses sitting on real capacity and real opportunity, but without the infrastructure to reach self-pay patients at scale. I help them fix that.    WHO WE ARE: Tier3 Media is a digital marketing agency that has helped brands like Taylor Swift, Honda and MARS build their brands and engage with their target markets.WHAT WE\'RE UP TO: We\'ve laser-focused our attention on select medical practices that we feel are a great fit for an automated system we\'ve created over several years that has been increasing patient flow by 60-180 new clients per month in some cases.OUR APPROACH: We start with our client\'s goals and carefully construct a customized automated system that consistently generates nearly 90k per 60 days with minimal ad spend. Through a combination of organic and paid advertising on social, we reach the perfect audience and deliver a message that entices them to engage and become customers.
