ABOUT FRED LEE

I am an experienced commercial property solicitor who has been practising in London, having qualified in 2010.I advise landlords, tenants and developers on their commercial property issues and have long-standing relationships with institutions, charities, offshore trustees, family offices and property funds. I advise on a range of commercial property work, focusing principally on investment transactions and asset management, landlord and tenant matters and corporate occupancy. I have particular experience in advising on issues in relation to office, retail and leisure property assets – both urban and out-of-town.My long-standing clients appreciate my collaborative and measured approach, which helps to ensure matters run smoothly even when there are several moving parts, often with an international dimension.I have specialist experience in advising charity clients and work for a number of charities engaged in acquiring and disposing of investment property. I advise on the active management of a number of my charity clients’ property portfolios and, through this work, have gained a detailed understanding of the reporting requirements and Charity Commission compliance issues affecting charities.
