The Vice President - Maintenance and Service is responsible for the development, training and monitoring of the maintenance operations of an assigned portfolio of properties. The Vice President - Maintenance and Service works directly in a position of support with the Vice President of Operations, Regional/Area Managers, Community Managers and Service Managers. The Vice President - Maintenance and Service’s duties fall into the following three categories: 1.) Direct and monitor the maintenance of the portfolio’s physical assets in accordance with company policy and standards. 2.) Oversee a program of hiring, training and development of the portfolio’s service associates in accordance with company policy and standards and 3.) Direct, monitor and evaluate the overall cost effectiveness of the portfolio’s maintenance programs in accordance with company policy and standards.
