ABOUT FRED IX

I shouldn\'t be telling you this, but I was supposed to be a Psychologist. I tried counseling at-risk youth but I quickly realized I would have minimal effect because I cared too much and could not shut it off. However, I was always looking for the story behind the person; what motivates someone. In this, I innately began to prioritize people, collaboration, and problem-solving. Now as a Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in grants acquisition, operations management, program management, and training I realize my undergraduate degree was perfectly suited to what I do. I help organizations grow by improving stakeholder collaboration, training & team-building, process improvement, and, optimizing workflow. In short, I know how to leverage technology to maximize impact. I am part of the senior leadership team responsible for growing AARP\'s Workforce program from 4th to 1st largest & highest performing nationwide.+Increased national revenue by % from $,$.+Increased state revenue by %.+Increased program efficiency by % by re-engineering existing policies, procedures, and systems.+Developed a customer acquisition system that increased leads by %: SmartsheetMS Office Suite: Project, Excel, Teams, SharePointSalesforceGoogle Workplace CamtasiaBrainsharkConcurPeopleSoftSQL : Project ManagementOperations ManagementProcess DevelopmentSystem DevelopmentTraining Data & Metrics AnalsisProgram AdministrationGrant AdministrationBudget ManagementProblem-Solving I have a strong vision, always looking at the big picture, however, I am also a tactician who doesn\'t miss operational details. It\'s imperative to bridge people, processes, data, and technology for the optimization of a mission. I give all team members a voice to build confidence and increase engagement. Being both socially affable & tech savvy helps when explaining boring processes or training on new systems. Thankfully I\'ve been blessed with a great deal of patience & pretty awesome sense of humor! After work, you\'ll find me attempting dink shots on the pickleball court or walking my pack of dogs, expertly avoiding the entanglement of any of 3 retractable leashes. I\'ve had more offers for employment walking my dogs than I care to admit! I get excited about helping people reach their goals & creating technical solutions to transform a company\'s processes & systems to enable growth and increase revenue. f••••••••@gmail.com
