About Fred Isaf

Fred is currently a senior advisor to Domain Capital Group, LLC. Prior to his retirement from the practice of law Fred was a member of the McGuireWoods LLP Board of Partners for six years and served as managing partner of the Atlanta office for four years. For more than four decades Fred has been a trusted business advisor to corporations, partnership and limited-liability companies in the securities, healthcare, international trade, professional services, real estate and other industries. Fred has particular focus on (i) private equity fund advisors in connection with private equity and hedge fund investments, with an emphasis on investment advisors to state pension funds and other institutional investors, and (ii) real estate operating companies which develop, joint venture, acquire, lease manage and finance multifamily, retail and office portfolios. Fred’s broad experience includes securities, tax and other aspects which arise in mergers and acquisitions. While he was in the practice of law he often served in the various roles of company counsel, fund or account counsel and transaction counsel.
