While at one point I specialized in insurance and financial services research, and these remain passion areas, I’ve now diversified my business practice into other industries such as travel/hospitality, gaming, and tech. I don’t see myself as someone who sells research projects; I remain deeply involved with and invested in my clients’ success at a strategic level throughout the PLC. My team and I specialize in many different research methods, qualitative and quantitative, including but not limited to CX, brand tracking, segmentation, discrete choice and conjoint, concept and ad testing, journey mapping, employee engagement, and attitude and usage explorations.
