Fred is the President and Chief Executive Officer of AOG Wealth Management, a Registered Investment Advisory firm located in Great Falls, Virginia. He is also a Registered Principal and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary. Fred holds the Series 6, 7, 26, 63, 65, and 79 Licenses. He is a frequent speaker at association and broker-dealer meetings, and is a co-author of the book Being in Business is a Funny Thing – Getting Out Is Not.Fred completed his undergraduate work at The College of William and Mary with an Interdisciplinary major in government, history, and economics. Fred served as Vice President for both Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company and First American Title Company. At both companies, Fred prepared and reviewed title examinations, served as a Branch Manager, risk officer, and underwrote title insurance policies. He worked as an escrow officer on some of the most iconic real estate projects in Northern Virginia in the late 1980s and early 1990s, including plans for the Metropolitan Airport Authority and the Resolution Trust Corporation.Fred is an active member of the McLean Bible Church and has served in many local and regional capacities for Crown Financial Ministries over the past twenty years. In 2013 he was elected to the Board of Directors of ADISA (Alternative & Direct Investment Securities Association) and served on the Policy Committee for the IPA (Investment Program Association). Fred is the founding Chairman of the Board of Directors for David’s Hope International, which has helped fund both capital development and operations for needy children in Eburru, Kenya. Over the past five years, more than $1.4 Million has been raised to build an orphanage, medical clinic, pre-k through eighth-grade school and dormitory, a clean water project, and two churches. In 2016, Fred was elected to the Board of Trustees for Fork Union Military Academy. Fred and his wife, Sheila, live in the Reston Town Center, and their son, Joe, is a lawyer in New York City.Experienced President with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry.    On February 28, 2025, my Partners and I sold our Registered Investment Advisor Practice, AOG Wealth Management, and the Advisor Contract to AOG Institutional Fund to F L Putnam of Lynnfield, Massachusetts. I am now a Principle and Managing Director of Interval Funds for F L Putnam and will remain as President and Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the AOG Institutional Fund. I am very pleased with the corporate culture and additional resources F L Putnam brings for my clients, staff and fund investors.
