Provide executive leadership to Primary Care, Express, and Urgent Care departments to achieve enterprise and institute goals. Major accomplishments and responsibilities include: • Lead clinical operations for 800+ providers (physicians and APPs) across 135 locations • Oversee $900 million in gross revenue. Manage 1.8M annual primary care, acute care, walk-in care, and on-demand virtual visits • Direct overall clinical and business operations to include budget development and management, physician and non-staff productivity, marketing, and access management • Partner with Institute Chair and regional stakeholders in the development and execution of strategic growth plans to add 200 primary care providers over a 5-year period • Develop and implement strategic business plans for expansion of services, including practice acquisitions and new market penetration • Design and implement daily tiered huddles with local physician leaders to capture and resolve practice-specific barriers/challenges • Oversee capital projects, practice expansions and acquisitions • Serve as Institute Lead for Access Transformation, resulting in $8.5M of additional net revenue • Implement a bi-directional communication structure to message new initiatives and communicate with local practice caregivers. Host weekly Q&A sessions to identify items that warrant operational adjustments • Led institute patient reactivation efforts following the COVID-19 pandemic
