Provide Advanced Lubricant, Lubrication and Mechanical Technical Service, Support and Solutions covering a territory inclusive of the States of OK, KS, MO, IA, NE, MN, SD & ND with 8.4 Million Gallons of Volume and $17 Million of Net Margin.Perform Site Assessments and Lubrication Surveys, Provide Lubricant Recommendations and Equipment Lubrication and Mechanical Application Evaluations for Customers with focus on Equipment Uptime and Lowering TCO.Provide Lubricant, Lubrication and Mechanical Recommendations and Solutions such as Selling existing Steel Mill customer on using Company Oil Analysis program, Upgrade to Higher Margin Test Kit, and Company’s own Water Glycol Concentrate and Buffer for ongoing Sales of and providing insight to other Potential TCO Reduction Opportunities, additionally Key Support to Cement and Mining Customers, working in concert with the Solutions Team, through Oil Analysis Reports and Remote Monitoring Sensors Jointly Identified a Coolant Leak in a Key Production Machine resulting in prevention of possible severe engine damage potentially saving in Maintenance and Downtime Costs.Assumed Responsibility for New Initiatives at Existing Customers providing ongoing Project Support in Services and Solutions. Example is another Steel Mill where I initially participated in the Water Glycol to PAG conversion in a critical Hydraulic System and then provided primary ongoing support for this Upsell through Interpretation and Training of Customer to Understand the resulting Oil Analysis Reports and their Significance. This Lubricant Upgrade and Ongoing Project Support has resulted in lowered Pump Failures and Faster Response Time to this Critical System and has lowered their TCO. Project is Proceeding to Capture Exact TCO Savings at 1-Year Mark.Proactively Joined Global Wind Team and Provided Coverage for New and Ongoing Trials in the USA and proactively participated in Sector Calls for Mining, Industry, other Critical Sectors.
