Firm is profitable and private California corporation which is ISO 13485:2003 certified, U.S. and Calfornia FDA registered for development, production and sales of in-vitro diagnostic products. With global marketing and sales responsibility in addition to administration set up worldwide product distribution with most large distributors remaining with Innominata for over a decade. Intellectual property is occasionally licensed and commercialized from various governments and universities when there is a reasonable payback. We have written SBIR applications, licensed intellectual property, commercialized dozens of products and filed scores of FDA, CE, SFDA and other governmental registrations in support of product sales. Most of our employees have been with us for over ten years and we have been in our current site since inception. The company is extensively described at After 22 years of profitable operation, GenBio is seeking partnerships to expand its growth. All funding, in the past, for the company has come from profits which have limited the company resources due to its size.
