Bought forward availability of weekly KPIs by 48hrs - Seamlessly managed complex organisational change, involving 50 colleagues across three divisions- Partnered with external vendor and internal stakeholders to migrate the Tesco Protector Line (whistleblowing service) to a new provider - Development and launch of a new multilingual website and phone lines in over 30 countries - Liaised with Tech and Security teams to onboard five additional Tesco group companies to the platform - Led global campaign communicating the re-launch to thousands of colleagues and suppliers - Marketing project lead for the ‘Jack’s’ discounter format, introduced to combat growth of Aldi and Lidl - Reviewed ways of working to support an accelerated artwork production schedule - Approval of 1800 entirely new pack artworks in six months
