Reporting to the Vice President of Operations (Compression & Process), accountable for leading and optimizing Startec’s end-to-end Supply Chain Management function across Procurement, Inventory & Warehouse Management, and Logistics. Aligns operational execution with corporate objectives, ensuring seamless integration of SCM into project delivery and organizational growth.• Lead a high-performing team responsible for the full procurement lifecycle—requisitioning, vendor sourcing and RFx, AML development, PO issuance, contract management (MSAs, warranty, returns), expediting, and ERP material data governance.• Oversee inventory and warehouse operations across multiple physical and virtual sites, managing over $10M in assets while applying best practices in receiving, staging, kitting, inventory accuracy, and cycle counting.• Direct logistics functions including domestic and international freight, inbound/outbound coordination, crane services, and crating, ensuring cost-effective and timely material flow.• Designed and launched Startec’s Approved Manufacturers List (AML), aligning with Engineering, QC, and Finance to ensure supplier compliance and risk mitigation.• Led implementation of QR code tracking technology, increasing real-time material visibility and warehouse performance.• Developed and deployed SCM governance documents including procedures, workflows, and onboarding resources to drive consistency and audit readiness.• Established vendor management protocols, including KPIs, scorecards, quarterly reviews, and contractor oversight.• Collaborate with Operations and Project Management to optimize inventory levels while maintaining material availability for project execution.• Championed lean/kaizen initiatives within warehouse operations, delivering measurable efficiency gains.• Contribute to corporate strategic planning and foster cross-functional collaboration through clear, trust-based stakeholder engagement.
