I draw upon a proven track record of delivering business improvement, cultural change and employee engagement on an international scale including UK, Ireland, Taiwan and Spain. I now work with businesses in various service industries to deliver improved employee engagement and improved commercial performance.I bring a broad breadth of experience from a career in Strategic Development, Marketing, Projects, Communication, as well as national, regional and front line operational roles in the Service, Healthcare and Retail Sectors. Additional Roles.I am a member of the Engage for Success Guru Group. As part of this I lead a Special Interest Group (SIG) looking at the impact of the Performance Mangement processes on employee engagement.I also contribute to 2 other SIGs looking at \'Neuroscience of Employee Engagement\' and \'The Future of Employee Engagement\"
