About Rebecca Frausel
A developmental psychologist by training, I support non-profits, education agencies, and youth-serving community organizations by leading program evaluation projects, designing and executing applied research, and consulting on methods that quantify the value and impact of program activities on desired outcomes. I work with clients to define and operationalize key objectives and build their capacity to integrate the measurement of desired outcomes into organizational decision-making. With respect to methodology, I am particularly skilled at quantitative data analysis (using descriptive, inferential, multilevel, and causal methods), which I help to develop in early-career scholars by teaching graduate-level statistics. Across my work, I apply an equity lens, by centering the voices of those with the potential to be most impacted by the research and program work.
