I spearheaded the people strategy this global agency through a period of massive transformation. My focus was on more than just HR operations; I worked closely with our executive and finance teams to make sure our growth was sustainable and aligned with our goals. I’m particularly proud of navigating the \"human side\" of several high-profile mergers (like Rogers & Cowan and PMK/BNC), where I worked to blend different creative cultures without losing what made each team special.
