Educated to Masters level, an enthusiastic and committed Scrum Master / Snr Business Analyst / Agile Coach with 20 years experience and a proven ability to deliver user centric solutions and business procedures. Experienced in a range of sectors (Financial Services, Local and Central Government, Consulting & Media), organisations and project roles resulting in the complete understanding and application of the project lifecycle using Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and Waterfall frameworks. A solid working knowledge of many industry leading applications including JIRA, JIRA Align, Confluence, MS DevOps, AgilePlace & MS Dynamics 365.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS- I was responsible for migrating 2 labs (each with multiple feature teams) from waterfall to an Agile way of working. not only did this involve coaching the lab on Agile, but also rolling out and training team members on the new framework, Jira and Jira Align- I embedded new ways of working into a Department for Education programme, resulting in a more transparent and cohesive working environment- I created and rolled out multiple techniques to peers at Agilisys Ltd, resulting in a standardised project approach by the BA community- Whilst undertaking a Scrum Master role at NatWest Bank, I migrated 8 scrum teams from a workflow tool (Planview) to Jira Software, which I configured to meet the needs of the business / team leading to a standardised way of managing work across the teams and a real-time reporting capability
