Support, administer, and maintain a diverse set of in-house and third party business, financial, and operational applications that are critical to the company\'s day-to-day operations.• Identified and delivered process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, acted as an SME for key applications, and cross-trained team members to reduce key person risk and ensure business continuity.• Work closely as part of a global team to monitor batch jobs and troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring that any problems are resolved in a timely and efficient manner to minimize any disruptions to operations.• Working with custom in house software as well as industry standard suites (Atlassian, Oracle) in order to provide support for full range of company systems.• Troubleshot technically complex issues and worked closely with internal development teams to resolve potential software defects, as well as assisting with systems integrations and deployments where appropriate.• Maintained system stability by executing good service management practices, including effective incident and problem management processes when issues arose, and participated in risk and compliance activities such as internal and external audits and supplier-related risk assessments.• Develop software solutions in Microsoft Power Platform using PowerApps, PowerBI and Power Automate in order to replace aging in house systems on older, less supported software.
