With over 14 years of experience in talent acquisition, I specialise in building high-performing teams for hyper-growth companies (including VC-backed Series A funded projects) across Tech/Engineering, Product, and Design roles across the FinTech and Web3 space. In the last few years I’ve been focused on the dynamic and fast-growing web3 / DeFi / crypto industry.I’ve been passionate about the crypto scene since my original stint at Kraken back in 2022.
