I am a Non-Executive Director and board adviser with over 40 years’ experience across telecoms, digital infrastructure, and technology-enabled services, operating at group, subsidiary, and investor levels across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.My background combines senior executive leadership (CEO, CSO, Chief Investment Officer roles) with extensive board-level advisory work, supporting owners, investors, and executive teams through periods of growth, transformation, regulation, and strategic risk.I am typically engaged by boards where technology, infrastructure, or geopolitical complexity materially affects enterprise value.Board-level strengths include:• Strategy formulation and challenge at board and shareholder level• Governance, risk oversight, and regulatory engagement in critical infrastructure sectors• Growth strategy, market entry, and international expansion (including GCC and emerging markets)• Technology and digital risk (networks, cyber, resilience, spectrum, platforms)• M&A support, investment cases, and long-term capital allocation• Acting as an effective bridge between executive teams, investors, and external stakeholdersAlongside NED and board advisory roles, I am the founder of specialist advisory and training businesses serving operators, infrastructure owners, regulators, and governments.
