ABOUT FRASER TULLOCH

My current role is Group Finance Director at Fe Fundinfo, a finance data and investments business with c£150m of revenue. I hold several directorships across multiple jurisdictions and I am an SMF3 for our investments business. My team spans multiple jurisdictions and I am also a member of the Group Senior Leadership Team. I am accountable for the group consolidation, a variety of statutory, lender and shareholder reporting, tax strategy and compliance, treasury management, operations delivery and control and partnering on financial due diligence on pipeline M&A, as well as subsequent integration of successful deals.My previous role was Head of UK & EMEA Financial Reporting and Control where I lead onshore and offshore teams to fulfil a range of internal and external reporting responsibilities, technical oversight, regulatory capital management, legal entity forecasting, legal entity rationalisation and divestment of abrdn’s UK and European private equity business. I was also an SMF 2 and 3 for abrdn’s primary UCITS and AIFMD regulated fund management company that oversaw c71bn in assets under management.Previous roles include being financial controller for a large regulated entity at BlackRock where I was responsible for understanding complex regulatory reporting and representing finance on the AIFMD project group, managing various aspects of an IFRS centre of excellence, implementing BAU processes and facing off to internal stakeholders, including the board of directors.Prior to joining BlackRock I was a manager in Audit & Assurance at EY. My client portfolio included LSE clients operating in the oil and gas, aviation and medical technology sectors.
