Graduating in 2004 with a 2:1 in Civil Engineering with Construction Managment, I have nearly 2 decades of experience working with leading UK and global Civil Engineering Contractors and more recently working on Client project delivery. Starting out as a Site Engineer I have progressed through the ranks From Site Engineer to Lead Project Manager while also spending time as TWC. My varied experience has moulded an energetic award winning Civil Engineer/PM with a proven track record of being involved and delivering projects from design to handover under budget and ahead of schedule.Experienced in Tunneling, Shaft Sinking, Earthworks, Deep Drainage, Sea Outfalls, Concrete Structures, Wastewater and Potable Water networks, Power Generation and Power Networks. Specialties-Project and Site Management with good team leadership and development of site teams-Leading individuals and teams-Implement current best working practice while try to propose innovative solutions whenever possible-Successful Project Delivery with Key Stakeholder Involvement and Satisfaction-Creating a positive safety culture-Procurement and Management of Subcontractors-Technical Advice and Practical Solutions to Non Performing Procedures and Practices-In-depth knowledge of Temporary Works regulations with exceptional site implementation skills and techniques-Interpretation, review and implementation of Technical/Design/Construction drawings.
