I manage a portfolio of investigator-initiated research and institute sponsored collaborative clinical studies within the pharmaceutical division. Significant experience within Oncology, Cardiovascular, Radiology and Women\'s Health. I support ABPI compliant, global Bayer sponsored studies (both interventional and observational) from phase I to IV to meet or exceed business needs.• Enabling, conceptualising, designing and conducting primary and secondary research for evidence generation (interventional and non-interventional).• Identifying data gaps and unmet medical needs, then conducting local feasibility investigations to explore various research initiatives.• Ensure contractual performance against obligations/agreements and support milestone achievements.• Manage country study budgets including monthly accruals & forecasting. I ensure fair market value assessments, costing template reviews, invoicing and milestones payments are completed on time. • Supports the design and creation of local real world evidence studies to support marketing and research activities utilising retrospective and prospective data.• Organise the writing and review of essential documents including protocols, informed consents, case report forms, study plans and clinical study reports.• A respected expert for clinical trials management expertise and keen to share knowledge and experience with others.• Global IMP procurement, management, accountability and supply.• Project manage medical initiatives e.g. patient support program, expanded access program, and trainee medical signatory program.• Built efficient, sustainable and trustful collaborations with thought & key opinion leaders.
