I am working full time on the design system for the entire B2E (and soon B2C) landscape of the REWE Group, which comprises 15,718 stores and travel agencies in 21 countries with employees (as of Q1, 2025)- Building & maintaining multiple UI kits in Figma for mobile and desktop- Developing & maintaining the design token structure, as well as the overall design language and look and feel of the system- In addition to the components, we also provide patterns (so-called \"recipes\") and help our users to set up supplementary product libraries- We extend support to specialized hardware (MDE devices) used in markets, which include built-in scanners and are operable at -20 degrees in cold storage environments, often without users needing to look at the display- Our design system is a white-label solution for all REWE Group brands (REWE, PENNY.), enabling efficient branding across the board- Creation of documentation and learning content for the design system - Engaging in community management through monthly sessions, reviews,\"bring-your-topic\" formats, Monday meetups, and more.
