What has made me successful over the years is not having all the answers — it’s how I show up around people while navigating complexity.I’ve worked in senior roles across Corporate Assurance, Information Security, Risk, and Transformation, often in situations where the organization needed structure, clarity, and compliance — trust, momentum, and humanity at the same time.I don’t lead by positioning myself as the smartest expert in the room. I lead by connecting people, perspectives, and disciplines. By asking the questions that matter. By creating clarity where things feel overwhelming. And by helping specialists do their best work within a shared direction.My background is deliberately diverse. I’m a generalist by nature — and an integrator by strength. I connect business, technology, governance, and culture, and translate between them in ways people can actually work with.Endurance sport plays an important role in my life. Swimming, cycling, and running have taught me how to pace myself, stay focused over long distances, and keep going when things get uncomfortable.
